     The Work Desk has been created where any
    tentative listings and/or “work in progress”
    materials developed by Society members can
    be shown/published, with the hope of receiving
    additions, corrections, and comments from
    others before formal publications:  all this being
    part of the new attempts within the society to
    involve members more directly in preparing and
    circulating information about our fields of
    interests.
    I’ve been working on a future  Specialized
    Catalogue of the  “Official Publicity Materials
    and Announcements.”  There are a few
    catalogue listings that are not complete and
    need the membership’s assistance in trying to
    verify if any of the following exist.  The listings
    needing  membership’s help:  Announcement
    Letters “B-yen Era.”  Publicity Posters,
    Horizontal Slips, and Presentation Folders,
    Stock Books, and Folders.   Please contact the
    editor.
