Maine to pickup our back stock of publications and
journals. I traveled to Maine in October and brought the

AUCTIONS
The Society holds mail auctions on an irregular basis. A
general announcement of acceptance of material will
appear in the weekly philatelic print or online press well in
advance of the auction date. Specific information is
available from the RPSS Auction Manager (and Society
Treasurer), John Beck.

EXPERTIZING
The Society offers an expertizing service to members and
non-members of the RPSS. Ryukyuan philatelic material to
be examined should be sent by registered mail to**:

**After our expertizing manager, George MacLellan, passed in 2003,
we were unable to get a replacement for him. Thus, we do not have
expertizing service at this time, but will have at a future date. In the
interim, all items should be sent to the American Philatelic Society
(APS) for expertizing. The Ryukyu Philatelic Specialist Society is APS
Affiliate # 47.

Respectfully submitted,

Laura Edmonds, Secretary
